Broad Vocabulary specializes in feminist literature, subculture studies, progressive politics, cultural movements, and non-sexist young adult/children’s books (mostly new but some used). In addition, we have many lovely gift items such as magazines, t-shirts, bumper stickers, magnets, buttons, soy candles, homemade books and journals, pepper-spray, cards, pride-gear, local art, stationery, zines and more! We are located at 2241 S Kinnickinnic Ave, just north of the intersection of KK and Lincoln (map)In Bayview, Wisconsin. Feminist Bookstore Network Catalog
Feministbookstores from across the United States and Canada came together to produce a catalog that "celebrates the rich diversity of women's lives and visions." The catalog includes a list offeministbookstores, along with snail-mail and email addresses, phone and fax numbers. Also find a collection of recommended books on everything from lesbian fiction to travel.

Gay Mart
The Gay-Mart shopping site has a selction of books written by and for the queer community. The site hosts a vast selection of books ranging from queer theory to children's books.

In Other Words
In Other Words Books and resources is a site by, for and about women that contains information about Portland, Oregonfeminist events.

Internationalist Books is a volunteer run collective, a not-for-profit bookstore, a progressive community center, and a community owned cooperative in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
