KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Outreach to workers in and around Seattle in low-wage industries through a combination of phone calls, home visits, and worksite visits
* Leadership development to help move campaign goals
* Work as part of a team to implement campaign strategy
* Plan and execute events and actions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPECTATIONS
* Dedication to the mission of Working Washington
* Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
* Ability to motivate and inspire others
* Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual skills or fluency in second language a plus

Pay DOE; starting pay is $40,027. Benefits include fully-paid family health care, employer-matched 401k, and vacation and sick leave.
