The chief responsibility of the Manager of ITO Transition Projects will be to ensure successful completion of assigned projects related to PPFA?s transition of IT services to our selected Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) partner.
PPFA is outsourcing IT operations across all five towers: end user computing, managed network services, data center operations, application development and maintenance, and cross functional services. PPFA seeks to develop an ongoing successful strategic partnership with our ITO provider, and our Manager of ITO Transition Projects will be a key determinant of the success of that partnership.
