Job Requirements
Candidates with union organizing experience are preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Ability to work well on a team, as well as take individual initiative.
Ability to work long and irregular hours .
Flexibility for travel based on work assignments is a big plus .
Experience and knowledge of computer programs (including word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet and database software) Driver's license and reliable car is a must Bilingual a plus, but not required Motivated self starter who is also a solid team player The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
