Description: Cherry Hill Women's Center is an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey specializing in high quality, patient centered abortion care to 24.6 weeks of pregnancy. Since opening our doors in 1978, we at Cherry Hill Women's Center have shared one common goal: to provide women with confidential, dignified and compassionate abortion and reproductive health care and honor their life experiences. Cherry Hill Women's Center is an accredited member of the National Abortion Federation, the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association, the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, and a member of the Abortion Care Network. Cherry Hill Women's Center is part of an elite group of medical providers that is highly regulated and committed to setting the standard for the highest level of personalized care.

Cherry Hill Women's Center is currently looking for an Administrator to lead and direct the overall operations of the ASC in accordance with patient needs, ASC regulations and Center policies with a focus on maintaining our mission

Our Mission
- To exceed expectations in women's health care and set the standard for dignified, confidential reproductive health services
- To treat each woman as a whole person, addressing her physical and emotional needs so that she can make meaningful, informed health care decisions
- To educate our community about the importance of comprehensive reproductive health care in order to increase understanding of the complexity of reproductive health care decisions and To further research and education in our field

The administrator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Ensuring the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures, including patient rights; 2. Planning for, and administration of, the managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the facility; (in conjunction with offsite supportive business management company) 3. Participating in the quality assurance program for patient care and staff performance; 4. Ensuring that all personnel are assigned duties based upon their education, training, competencies, and job descriptions; 5. Ensuring the provision of staff orientation and staff education; and 6. Establishing and maintaining liaison relationships and communication with facility staff and services, with support services and community resources, and with patients.

Professional involvement in abortion care involves: staff leadership; program initiation and development; medical facility management; entrepreneurial thinking and action; business management; and medical & social marketing. As well as the ability and determination to provide a supportive and safe healthcare experience for girls, women & their families given current political & social issues. Must have a calm managerial style; maintain authority with kindness and purpose; be intuitive, intelligent, independent and a quick and constant learner; be entrepreneurial and value a sense of humor. Requirements:
The administrator shall have a baccalaureate degree and two years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in a health care facility. Each additional year of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience and/or training in a health care facility may be substituted for each year of the four-year degree requirement. Four years of such experience and/or training may be used to satisfy the degree requirement. BSN or similar degree strongly encouraged to apply.
