Job Title: Part-time Donor Perfect Database Manager and Development Assistant

Description: Organizational Background:
The National Council for Research on Women (NCRW) is a network of leading U.S. research, policy, and advocacy centers with a growing global reach dedicated to advancing rights and opportunities for women and girls. We also have a Corporate Circle of 30 companies and a Presidents Circle of college and university leaders who share our commitment. NCRW harnesses the collective power of its network to provide knowledge, analysis, and thought leadership on issues ranging from reducing women?s poverty to building a critical mass of women?s leadership across sectors.

The candidate will work 21 hours each week. The exact schedule will be determined as part of the hiring process. While there is some flexibility in creating the schedule, we need someone who will be able to commit to a specific schedule on a regular basis. The pay rate is $20 an hour plus prorated paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the DonorPerfect (DP) database with approximately 9,000 active records;
- Maintain accurate contributor and event information (including registration) in DP;
- Generate reports and lists from DP as requested;
- Collaborate with staff in all departments to ensure information is being captured appropriately and in a timely fashion;
- Produce donor acknowledgement letters for contributions;
- Closely supervisor an intern with designated DP tasks when available andappropriate;
- Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent Donor Perfect skills are a must;
- Experience as a project manager, administrative assistant or executive assistant is a plus;
- Sound judgment, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail;
- Responsibility, flexibility, patience, proactivity and efficiency in a fast-paced work setting;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive and complex relationships and projects.
