Change to Win is seeking a Research Analyst in New York City to support campaigns that challenge America?s largest corporations to take responsibility for how their business practices impact working families and their communities.
Research Analysts conduct in-depth research and analysis to support comprehensive corporate reform campaigns.

Change to Win is a dynamic coalition of North America's most progressive labor unions and a leading force for social, racial and economic justice in our country today.

Strategic Research Analysts will use a variety of skills to develop and implement campaigns.
The overall work consists of performing in-depth research using a variety of public and private sources; analyzing and interpreting industry, regulatory and financial data; and working with union staff to build and execute tactical campaign strategy. Research analysts will work with union leadership teams as well as union organizing teams. Travel will be required.

Job Qualifications
-BA degree or higher
-Experience with union, political or community organizing a plus
-Experience conducting financial and corporate research
-Strong quantitative and analytic research skills
-Familiarity with database software
-Excellent writing ability
-Excellent people skills
-Strong commitment to progressive social change and activist experience
-Must be a team player
