In this newly created position within the CAPS division (PPFA division that assists Planned Parenthood clinics starting or expanding abortion
services) reporting to the Director of CAPS, the Director of Strategic Initiatives will lead special projects and programs focused on improving patient care, patient satisfaction and staff productivity related to the overall Federation strategic plan. The Director will manage and coordinate fast-moving projects and teams with the highest level view of strategic direction of CAPS and its clinical work. The Director will provide strategic support to the Director of CAPS on a number of key projects and manage cross-team efforts on behalf of the Division.
