Job Title: Assistant Supervisor of Property Records
Organization: Towson University
Region: East Coast
Description: The Facilities Management Department is accepting applications for an exceptional Assistant Supervisor of Property Records to assist with the day-to-day vital functions of the unit. This position is identified as Essential Personnel.

Responsibilities: conducting property audits; maintaining and updating asset inventory records; researching and following up on property record discrepancies; labeling and recording serial numbers and models of new property; preparing and distributing property audit and special reports; and leading student employees.

Requirements: Bachelor?s degree and two years of related experience; inventory/records management experience preferred; superior customer service, organizational and administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task and be computer literate. A Criminal Background Investigation is required for the hired candidate and the results may impact employment.

Salary: $32,271 with full University benefits that include annual leave, holidays, personal and sick days; tuition remission; and excellent health, life, and retirement plans. The position is contingent on funds being available at time of hire.
